Windshield Wipers

I just purchased a 1956 F-100, and it is missing its windshield wipers. Wondering what is typically used? It appears what is sticking out is just a threaded bolt. It doesn't have the typical gear like piece for the wiper to attach to. Not sure if I have original stuff or other parts as I did not rebuild the truck. Here is a picture of the wiper motor part.

Thanks,

Glenn

The '56 F-100 should have the typical wiper pivot. I'm not sure if yours is just missing the hub, or something else.
