Possible EBPV connector, most dont use it since it make a hissing sound when starting up.

If you decide to keep it off or even go with the deleted pedestal that quite a few use Riff Raff diesel sell a plugin https://www.riffraffdiesel.com/ebp-p...pigtail-94-97/
It will stop you from throwing code. I use one because I cant stand CEL lights or stored codes.

NO CEL is shown on OBS, there will be a code when scanning
SD does need a resistor or you get CEL
Deleted pedastal is a PITA unless you taking the turbo off for some reason, mine is on a shelf still for 7+ years
IMO, remove down pipe at turbo, grind off the two rivets and remove the flapper valve is a simpler method to remove it.
I ended up wiring mine open with a coat hanger, took 2 minutes and done. Mine will close even with electrical connector removed.
