Funny I was just watching that earlier today. I had totally forgot about this thread though.

Like someone said above, the Dukes of Hazzard had a few white bumps. And there was always a red one driving around in Hazzard square!

I know this is an old thread but, I was just searching Bumpsides on Craigslist Little Rock and saw a listing for the Bumpside that was in the movie Black Snake Moan. Listed there (in Memphis), it claims that particular truck is the one that was in the movie.

Craigslist.

Ebay listing.

Sceptical, I did some image searches and compared what is listed against the Bump from the movie images found.

The dent in the top of the ('69) grille is in the same location, the dent in the right front corner of the hood is in the same place. It has the same trailer lights surface mounted to the rear corners of the bed. It has the same wheels. Other scratches/dents seem to match. The truck is in rough shape but APPEARS to be legit to the movie claim.

Movie images of the Bumpside.

I may have missed it, but the movie Country Strong had a bump front and center and some great music.

Actually I believe it was in the very first episode and also in the 1997 reunion TV movie Uncle Jesse had bumpside trucks. The first one was a longbed flareside. And the reunion movie was a longbed styleside.
