The first one here is at a familiar place......
These next two span the history of this truck .... the first being in a wheat field and at work near Walla Walla, WA in the 40's. The second as the truck now looks having been through a very complete rehab, and living in retirement in Monroe, WA

Couple more fire support vehicles from the local county's fire department archives.
Always wanted to build a replica of this one.
Caption for the tree pictures below.
"Three shots of pickup 4, a Ford. The top photo is what the truck looked before the crash. The bottom two photos show it after it was crashed by B/C (Battalion Chief) Jim Ackley into a telephone pole in front of E. Meyer's residence, on Tully Rd. at King Rd. The truck was totalled. B/C Ackley was responding to a fire when his truck tangled with another pickup that refused to give way, and ran into the pole. He sustained minor injuries. Bottom photos 20 November 1956."
