Don't need to answer another. There has been no transfer of useful information, just increase of the number of posts for forum personalities.

It really simple to do guys, stop posting on this subject.
If you had followed your own advice, this thread would have died after Post #7.

You just cannot let go, and keep right on stirring the pot. This is childish behaviour, to say the least.

What John told you initially about how the truck is supposed to be shifted was sound advice.

Today there are 100's of 1000's of people that were raised on A/T's, and have absolutly no clue how to drive a standard trans, or how it works.

How was John supposed to know that you knew the procedure, since you made no mention of it?

We get newbie's coming to FTE...that are so clueless, the only reason they know it's a Ford...is because...it says so on the truck somewhere.

Some of the questions these people ask are so ridiculous, they're laughable.

Must be hard to stop posting on dead topic for you also

No one twisted your arm sir to post again on this topic. It was Your post that sent another email to me. I will respond only because you did. You are up and over 26000 posts. HMMMH.

The tread is dead. When it is truely dead there will be no more postings on this particular topic.

I guess thats how you get 17000 or 26000 post, beating the dead horse.

The truck is fixed. Just stop posting on this topic if you believe EVEN your own words.

I don't live on any Forum. At this point there are several bridges burned and I can see that. Will on respond only on this topic.

If you sir, or another forum personality desires to continue to beat this thread then post again, I can accept that. I will respond by email just like this time. Another useless post, which for anyone to have multiple thousands of post, either a lot of real information is passed, or more useless drivel. There was only about one response that was information, and you did provide it. I acknowlede that you did provide information. I thanked you. I really don't know why you EVEN posted this time either. The tread will be dead when there are no more postings.

I started the thread, thus I beleve forum rules in general, generally allow the thread intiator to be the last post. When the tread is dead, I won't see anymore postings. As post initiator, I am afforded the last post if I choose.

Its not about following my own advice, I did ask the post to be dead. It is morbid curiosity, and dogs walking behind the other peeing on fence post that keeps it going. Stop.

Stop. Don't post again if thats what you really want. But I will post on this topic if it comes in my box, because I did inititate the thread. I agree, other than your part number information, for the most part yes the thread was dead then, maybe before # 7.

Will this be the last post? Hope so.

John, you are an icon.

You are now up to 17,241 posts.

Are they all useless?

Have you always been such an @$$?

Why do you keep instigating poor, innocent fools such as WayneBurton?

Is it a North Carolina thing?

I guess we are all just not worthy of your wealth of knowledge, and should bow down...

Damn, you're good!!!

Dear Mr. WayneButon. You can no more command this thread to die than you can command the sun not to set. I don't know where you get your forum rules from, but you clearly did not read our forum rules when you signed up. As moderator, I take pleasure in putting the last word in this thread myself.

Please note too, that no one here is "emailing you replies." You simply did not have the forum savvy to click off the "instant email notification" feature in the edit panel of your first post. In the future, please pay closer attention so you won't feel obligated to return to reply to every post.

Now this thread is officially dead. If anyone tries to continue the arguments started here in another thread, I will have to believe that people are purposely trolling or looking for trouble. Jeez. I think I lost 10 IQ points just reading this thread!
