When you do a frame off restoration it is pretty hard to take it out and sling a bunch of mud and rocks up and down the side of the body. It kind of defeats the purpose of restoring one of these. Eventually I'll build a trail only truck.

Those metal rail things are the original bed rails from Ford.

Glasspacks are nice but they get old and annoying after a while. When you get to be my age you'll appreciate the quiter mufflers more.

The 429 in it is already built enough.
