If the fluid shoots up when you step on the brakes, you have air in the system.

When putting these together I noticed the pushrod but no adjusting screw, is there any pictures showing where this is. Sorry for being stupid on this it is my first time dealing with mc & boosters.

Hmmm... the end of the pushrod that goes against the master cylinder should be able to thread in and out.

did not know that thanks, evidently it can be turned by hand clockwise & countercloackwise to go in & out in length.

How'd you adjust the pushrod? If I remember right, you need some sorta cardboard gauge from Ford.

He can make a gauge out of cardboard.The width needs to be cut to the size of the span between the studs and the make a cutout to the depth posted above.Adjust the head on the plunger to just touch the top of the cut out.Needs to be done with plunger pushed into the booster.

Sounds about right. Now that I think about, I probably need to adjust mine...(put in a M/C recently).
