Looking for some help, my wipers do not work on my 88 F-150, 302 ( The Mighty Woo) as I call her. No movement or sound when I turn them on while the truck is running. However, I do hear a hum when I turn them on when the truck is not running, and ignition is turned to accessories. There is still no movement of the wiper arms, and I cannot move them manually either.

Is there anything else to look at, before changing the wiper motor?

You should not be able to manually move them.
Have you checked the fuse?
How about the wiper relay?
