If you google "hole plugs" you will find several types. You could paint and clear coat to your color if desired.
Here is just one.

the bumper is chrome with black cover pad
it does have the 08 back up sensor holes in it though

i havent see it yet pick it up monday but i dont think the sensor holes are round so a generic plug might be a problem

guess i could post looking for 4 bad 08 back up sensors and use them to plug the holes

an more ideas?

thanks

Try new back up sensors and get the module.

I'm not a fan at all. I love the camera on the wife's Grand Cherokee. It's great for hooking up a trailer. It's funny watching people watch me get the ball right under the hitch first try with no help. The sensors are always shut off when I am driving though. Total nuisance IMHO.

Check with your local hardware store and look in the bolt section for chrome plated lag bolts (I believe that's what they are called) with the smooth dome heads. Add a nut, cut to length and they will never fall out.

They're called carraige bolts.

If your going to fill with bolts buy bumper bolts from a real car with a chrome steel bumper. You can order them for something like a '69 mustang, the ones on my stang would fill the holes in my SD bumper perfectly if I was to remove the sensors.
