Radio, iphone/xmradio

Hello friends
I just picked up a 05 xlt screw this week.
It has the stock single disc cd/ cassette player with the aux button, no jack
Looking back thru some threads via search i could not find the answer that i am looking for
I want to use my iphones music etc or my portable xm radio, is there a spot on the rear of the radio if i pull it out to say put in a male to male 1/8" cord that would then plug into my iphone for the music or also my portable xm radio, Then hit the aux button and it would take any input thru whatever i have connected at the time?
thanks all
Michael

You will need to pick up something like P.I.E.'s FRD04-AUX.

P.I.E. FRD04-AUX 2004-2008 Ford CAN-Bus Auxiliary Input Converter

Do a few searches on that part number....the threads abound...

iPod

You need this setup to do the iPod. You also need the 3.5mm jack to input an mp3 player or other devices.

Another question. If you are going to spend a couple hundred buck on the stuff you need to make it work, wouldn't it cost about as much to find another stereo that would have the plug already in it?
