Wind Noise

Are you sure the vent/wing windows are shutting all the way ? mine look like they are but they really arent i can put about 5 pennies? in between the latch and the breaker (of the side window and the wing window)
and are you sure your the doors are shutting all the way? for instance my seals are good in my truck but the doors dont shut all the way as they are not aligned properly. So I would check that. So I can see literally a gap in my door to the outside (or could see being I fixed it)
Are your windshield and back window seals good? my old back window seal was hard and cracked and you could hear the wind seeping through a bit and i suppose if they were bad, you could hear it even more.

either seals are bad in the windows, doors, or in the floor for the shifters (tranny and t-case) or roof top marker lights. check every thing. make sure the doors are flush with the rest of the body, if its a manual tranny check the boot there the linkage leaves the cab through the floor and the shift boot and the 4x4 boot if those are taken care of check the windows front and back an if you have cab lights check that they are secured as well

You could try the dollar bill trick to see how tight your door seals are. To do this roll down your window and then hold a crisp dollar bill next to the door seal near the top and then close the door. If your seals are tight you will have difficulty sliding the dollar bill along the seal, if the bill moves easily you've found a leaky seal. If you find a loose spot, you can use something behind the seal to build it out to make a better seal. I like to use strip caulk for this purpose. Another way to look for leaks is to fill the cab with smoke and then turn your defroster fan on high and see where the smoke escapes. To make some smoke pick up some dry-ice and put it in large bowl inside the truck and then pour hot water in the bowl with the dry-ice and then shut the door (Fan on High).

Quick fix: Stuff a folded up piece of paper in between the latch and the "breaker". Fold it up just enough times to where it'll snugly fit underneath the latch. Cheap and it works lol

What Brent said. :)
I did all what Brent said plus this...

Your blower is simply making what ever's wrong, worse.
Sorry, no magic spell to be had for wind noise. :/
It's all a matter of degrees and how quiet you want it and
what you're willing to do to get it there.

ps- my GF's '96 Tbird had that extra seal and fiNgured my
pickup was good enough to have that treatment too ;)
pps- believe it or not but the window shade made it quieter
too, years and years ago when I installed it, expected it to
make more noise :)
