Fender alignment. HELP!!!!

I'll almsost bet it's as close as the hood when the hood's shut. You also cannot see both sides at the same time. I'ld line up to the door, and wouldn't pay much attention to that gap at top .... but I'm more forgiving than some.

How's the gap at the bottom of the fender and door? And how's the lines of the door and the back of the cab line up? Maybe the door and fender would have to both move straight up to split the difference in gap.
