I was wondering if anyone knew if they will be putting the sync into the superduty or not. Has anyone heard anything?? I am about to purchase my new truck but I think I am going to wait for the '09 to come out then buy one. I was just about to buy the F150 then just for kicks I test drove a F350 CC powerstroke, needless to say I am going with the F350. Also does anyone know when the '09s are going to be available??

 

Dealer told me on Saturday that 09s will have Sync and there will be a Sync retrofit module for 08s available in June.

 

What will the sync do?

The sync allows you to operate your cell phone with bluetooth hands free play your ipod over the stereo. It is basicaly just electronics that we don't NEED but nice to have. Here in washington state july 1st you can get pulled over by the police if you are on your cell phone while driving. I am about to buy my new truck but I think I am going to wait till 2009 f350 harley edition hits the order sheets. They should have the 6.4 powerstroke fine tuned by then.
