I've been doing some work on the Super Duty which required the removal of the valve covers for bigger and better "parts" underneath. But I got to thinking when cleaning the covers, I'm just wondering who's got the oldest truck/engine here???
My truck was built 10/98, engine 10/5/98.
205K miles and still running well, hopefully a lot stronger here shortly!
Mine is 11/98 truck 11/17/98 motor. Just a hair newer than yours farmb0y, but I have more miles 215K and running strong. BTW what are planning on doing under the hood?
My truck was built in Kentucky but exported to Canada. Explains why it has Daytime Runnung Lights. Check out the sticker. It's in English and French. According to the OASIS report it was here in Arizona by May 27, 1999. Only one winter in Canada, Thank goodness.
Mine too, truck built in Kentucky, sold in Canada to my uncle who sold it to me four days later. After I was told here I'd have to wait about 7 months to have the 'new body' style. Lucky me!
Does your dash have kilometers, with mph small on the inside?
