Understanding TDE1 PCM Trans Logic...
Ok folks, So I installed my TS chip late last night, and the power is definatly there, although the shift logic seemed to change drastically. My truck originally has a NAW6 PCM in it, which i believe doesn't have a great trans programing it it. With the chip, (thanks to Tjbeggs) I'm told that my PCM is basically now a TDE1. My question is this...
I have 3.55 and my shift pattern used to be like this (NAW6)
1st
2nd
drive
(Truck waits till about 45) TC locks and OD in one quick shift
NOW with chip (TDE1)
1st
2nd
drive
(TC Locks right at 35, and stayes locked untill i hit the brakes)
OD at 45
Does this seem right? I'm just trying to get adjusted to the new shift patterns/ wanted to be sure that there wasn't an issue with chip/connections
Thanks!

gtsom6 mine is doing the same thing and i just had mine rebuilt also less than a month ago and i can ' t figure it out my tc locks up in 1st if you stuff it and 2nd and boggs down but if you back off it unlocks and revs up they way it is suppose to. i you keep half throttle its fine but slams hard it to 3rd I DO MEAN HARD! but if you back off even a tad it shifts fine i think it might be the tps on its way out anyone ever have this problem i have blown all three u joints in one week because of this.
