4bt in a 93 350 crew

any ideas on where and how much for the adapter plate to put the 4bt motor in front of the ford manual 4 speed with over drive ...or would it be easier to use the plate and tranny out of a 6bt

I take it you have a 4bt? a 6bt would be better if you are still looking for one
