200$ to change my fuel filters......... yea right. they wanted almost 80$ for the filters alone, i got mine from international for 24$.....



i swear i should start doing oil changes and fuel filter changes for people and charge them half of what ford charges and id still make a fortune.

I think that is more of your local dealership then it is Ford doing it. I don't get charge nearly as much as everyone complains about. Either it's the difference in dealerships or difference in regions that is causing the inflation(I'm willing to bet it's the individual dealership though).

 

Ford wants $80.00 for the filters here. (also)

 

That is strange they just charged me 55 and considering i'm mechanically challenged even if they wanted more they would have probably would have gotten it from me.

 

They probably sold you a roll of T.P. LOL
