460 to 370

I can get my hands on a 370 out of a f-600. Would this be a good motor to use in my f-350? I have a 460 in it now with almost 200,000 miles on it. I would like to rebuild the 370 while the truck is still running with the 460. I do not care about preformance (its a car carrier). Would it be worth it or should I try and fine a 460 to rebuild?
