Good luck getting them to pay for it. We are all hoping that it gets resolved for you.

Mine made a small bit of white spots once. Should I consider retorqueing them? I have not seen it anymore but there was some white spots around the fill cap on the resovior.

good luck w/ this issue....ur not gonna get a lot of help most likely...it is not the head gaskets...i have had mine checked 5 different times for the same issue and they always hold pressure...it is not the egr cooler....it is likely to me the plastic cap heated up, warped, and is now letting the coolant by...just leave the coolant at the min level or little below and it won't spew out the cap....best advice i can give...i've beat my head against the wall w/ this one w/ my dealer...imo only...good luck!

I am one of many that have had the same issue. Dealer couldnt get truck to puke coolant, as it did it mainly when towing. They decided to replace the EGR cooler, and the problem still existed.

So i bit the bullet and had the ARP head studs and the Hypermax wire ring gaskets installed that LIPD recommended. Problem solved. One of the best upgrades you can do if you run a programmer or module IMO.

Most likely it was. I see you have an edge programmer and they are notorious for Over boosting. A good friend of mine had one and it would boost up to 55psi and caused him a lot of trouble on his 2003 6.0. But I tell you what that truck would really run......

yea..it definitely does it more w/ the box on, but even w/out it, it will still spew...i've given up on it...but i do have the max boost warning or safety point set @ 30 lbs and my record boost does not go over 28...i'm sure it's a flaw in the software...not really please w/ it...but it does run!! not scared of anything hardly...
