my transfer case is toast after being on my truck for 12 years.they want 1200 to rebuild it and thats crazy.none of the junk yards here have any does anyone know what this transfer case would run me for a new one?its a manual shift borg warner 13-56.

keep an eye on ebay, there is always a case for sale. an np205 will bolt right up you just wont have your low range you are used to!

im selling mine for $300. took it off because i wanted a 205

 

what trucks did the 1356 come in? I always thought the F150s and Broncos got 1345s and the f250 and 350s got 1356s, I dont know tho...I dont even know where I got that assumption lol.

 

It would help if we knew what state you are located in.

$1200 is pretty hefty, a total rebuild including removing it from the truck runs around $600 in NH and MA.

You know, I couldn't give mine away for $75 when I was moving and the junkyard didn't even want it for scrap because he had enough already.

 

i got one for 250 its it works great.what a rip man 1200 these guys wanna get rich off us.thanks god i found one for 250 what a deal!



ps the 1356s were in 150s 250s and 350s back then not sure about now.
