65' F100 - Ignition Switch plug / Horn assembly, etc.

Actually, I need help with a couple items, if possible:

1. Where can I find /source the molded plug that plugs into the ignition switch? Unfortunately, the previous owner cut the ignition wires and installed a different type switch that has screw terminals with a washer and nut type bezel. I purchased a original ignition bezel and switch to rectify this, but the correct switch has three "paddle" type posts for plugging in a molded plug.

2. Where I can find a parts / assembly drawing for a ring type horn assembly (custom cab). I have a shop manual, but it appears to be for a standard cab with a horn button. The drawing in the manual does not look at all like what I have unless,I missing a bunch of parts.

3. Finally, Are reprints of the Owners/Operation manual available for 65' F100 model? I have the shop manuals and a facts & features manuals, but all the catalog parts dealers I've seen do not have the 65' manual listed. Does anyone know where I can order this?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
