I know from your previous post you're really tied to your napa source, but you might try doing a google search for "engine control modules" just for giggles. I'm still trying to stay local myself. Your snag would seem to be the part# 4FTF vs F5TF since your napa souce list both "HB", "JB" & the processor list from fordfuelinjection agree on those endings. Makes me wish I could find my file on ford part numbers & the cryptic way they decode. Alot of part suppliers use some of the original part numbers in their inventory control systems, and chop them up as needed. Good luck, I'll be watching for your sucessful progress.
