theres a guy with a mid 70's Ford Courier thats line-x'd completely inside and out, underneath and on top. everywhere but the windows. i mean everywhere. It didn't look to bad except i think it would be hard to wash the bugs off of the front. It deffinately caught my eye. not in a bad way it was i was suprised someone did that. kinda cool IMO. i'm not sure i would do it on my vehicle but you would care if someone keyed your truck thats for sure. lol they couldn't scratch it. lol losers.

ive seen it done on jeeps and early broncos but not on a truck. i plan on doing the rockers under the bed in the cab and under the cab and of course the inside of the bed its self. basically anywhere it could rust. plus its easier to spray the mud off.
I bought the spray cans at fred myers it was the duplicolor undeliner it was about $2.50 a can all around it was about $25 plus the duck tape i used to mask everything off and the sand paper so it was all around $35 but I still have to do the back topper because it got to dark out when I was doing it. This spring Im gonna repaint the whole thing with the same stuff just so it has a thicker coat on in then it does now...
i was quoted $1500 dollars to do just the cab of my F-250, thats minus the doors fenders and hood.... i want my whole 4x4 covered in it, why not, you can go through almost anything and not get a scratch, but i think ill get the home kit at ^that price..
