not concerned with it to be honest.
The cop claims there was 2 witnesses. And the other witness said he was becide me and said he woudlnt' have went.
Well i obviuosly wouldnt have went too if i knew she was doing 70 mph dumb ****. I didn't see her when i pulled out.
It dosn't help there is a telephone poll that blocks the line of sight down the road.
It also dosnt' help i seen her 1/4 mile down the road. looked right, looked left again while turning and she was there. So i stoped. and she steared right for me.
This corner which i got hit at has been called crash corner since my uncil was a kid here.
The residents of my neighboor hood have been trying to the police to enforce the speed laws or a trafic light to be put in, stop signs, something for 30+ years and there is atleast 1 wreck a month there. but they wont do anything, its so F&(@*# pathetic.
