My 99-03 Projector Retrofit [Pics] ☼

Finished this project a few months ago and wanted to share some pics. I know the forums aren't as active as they used to be, but I wanted to share anyway because of how happy I was with the results. One piece of advice I'd give my fellow 99-03 guys is that if you're currently not running projectors, you're missing out big time. I've not been in any vehicle that's had better headlights than these yet, and not even by a close margin.

I went with the NHK 3" Bi-Led Projectors, from the place that starts with an "A". They were $150ish You'll need to also buy an expensive harness that plugs inline in order for the high and low beams to both work as they should, as well as the flash to pass function. You'll find them by just searching "9007 Relay Harness".

Thank you sir! Actually just came across those 19.5s recently on FB Marketplace. They're Accurides in 8x170, stole em for $1200 with decent tread highway tires.

Yessir that's the ones I used! Only reason I didn't link them is because Amazon isn't a site sponsor and I didn't want to risk my thread being taken down lol. But yes they fit, all you have to do is bake your housing open, stick them through, and secure them with the nut on the back. Then seal them back up with clear silicone. Don't worry if you don't get them perfectly level, you can do a final adjustment once they're in the truck 👍 If you decide to do it just DM me if you have any questions and I'll give you my cell number.

Looks awesome. Can you provide more info as to where we can get them and what they are? Is it one unit or a custom install of projector into a standard light?
