I replaced my OEM shocks at 10K with Rancho 5000X shocks. Really liked them but I was getting some really bad wheel hop and decided to replace the Rancho's with the Bilstein 5100's. Definitely a firmer ride but that's what I wanted since the truck is used primarily for towing. Upon removing the Rancho's, 2 of the 4 did not rebound whatsoever. Not sure if that indicates bad shocks and the Rancho's had 40K on them at the time of replacement.

 

Put KYB shocks and the Bilstein stabilizer on my now gone 2016 and was happy with the ride.

I have Rancho 5000s on the front and Rancho adjustables on the rear. I tow a 5th wheel. They've been great, 40,000 miles so far.
