What a load of crap by ford, my window sticker on my 2022 F350 says "PICKUP BOX TIE DOWN HOOKS" , my 2024 F350 window sticker says "PICKUP BOX TIE DOWN HOOKS". no where does it says "Tie-down plates". really crappy what ford did, 100K for a truck and they are cutting corners. They want you to spend another $150 for new(old)plates and hooks. I went to the E-Track Tie-Down System. Shamefully

Pretty sure that the "PICKUP BOX TIE DOWN HOOKS" on your '22 and '24 window sticker refers to the tie downs in each corner. Those remain unchanged. The plates w/cleats were previously called "BOXLINK" on the window sticker.
If anyone ( preferably in the DMV or Baltimore areas) with a 24 wants to trade their new style plates for the Box Link plates and cleats dm me. Cleats are still in packaging and plates are from a like new 23. The new style works better for me to secure a drop in tool box system with turnbuckles. Prefer FTF and no shipping.
I picked up my 24 F350 Lariat Ultimate last week. It came with 4 boxlink tie down anchors. They were in a package in the back seat storage area along with a radiator cover for extreme cold weather.
My salesman for my 2024 F350 Lariat said mine would be under the seat too. But only the radiator cover was there.
My F350 Platinum Tremor H.O. arrived without the cleats anywhere in sight. Also expected the hitch reducer for 2.5 - 2 inch draw bar, which i also have to plunk more money down for. I mean, seriously......

Went thru the same thing, Yep you don't get much for 100K anymore.

Ford stopped including the 2.5-2 reducer back around the 19MY. It's been several years. As far as I know, even back when it was included it only came with the 3" hitch.
You won't get cleats. The old box link cleats won't work. I am not aware of Ford providing a 2.5" to 2.0" reducer in the past few years. They did provide a 3.0" to 2.5" reducer, but they do not put 3" receivers on the 350 any longer. May be different with 450's.

Time flies.....seems like not all that long ago when i seen Super Duties on the lot with the adapters in the hitches. Never paid attention to what sizes they were. Good thing is, my dealer ordered me one on the house as well as the cleats, including mud flaps and window visors. Everything else i ordered will be at cost for me. Love my dealer!
