When that happened to me, I found a set of 4 Magnetic Metallic ones on eBay and replaced all 4 black ones with grey ones.
If I had to do it again, I’d go with a set of Bushwhackers. I’d have just removed them, but Ford had to put a bunch of mounting holes around the wheel wells.
Not cheap, but probably comparable to a part. I wonder if you'd have to run oversized, knobby tires to make the truck look right with those Bushwakers?
They have the OE style flares, which are similar in look to the OEM fender trim. Flat black gies with every color. The only drawback is that they don’t use the holes in the factory body panels for mounting.

I just removed a set of aftermarket flares due to the fact they are damaging the paint. The reason for this is they only attach from the underside. This allows the top part, the part you look at, to move slightly. All four fenders have areas where the flare has rubbed thru the paint. My body shop guy said looks like they were painted with a rattle
