Need Help Passing Smog

Hello, I've got a 1993 Ford F-250 7.5L 4x4 XLT that i believe originated from California due to the emissions setup on the truck.
A while ago, I had my catalytic converter stolen during pandemic and it has come to a time that I needed to renew my registration. However, with registration only a few days away, I'm having trouble finding a cheaper aftermarket catalytic converter as mine takes the big torpedo one that would work for my truck. I reside in Nevada and just need to get a EPA compliant converter. However, I never knew what my converter looked like before it got stolen but it seems that there are supposed to be two hoses that connects to the top of the converter and I only saw one sticking out. In conclusion, am I able to use a cheaper catalytic converter that I can just have it weld on and leave the two air hoses disconnected if that is not a requirement for EPA related states? This has been extremely stressful as I am not able to afford the OEM part and fix/replace missing parts including having to pay for labor... Im also not sure if the exhaust is a 2.5 inch or a 3 inch. Im assuming that I should get the bigger of two as it will be safer to have a bigger fitting than a smaller one. thanks in advance.

Walker's website has good information, even if you don't plan to buy from them.
If you enter your truck's information, they have complete exhaust system diagrams.
Read all the foot notes at the bottom of the diagram and they will explain what's needed for certain states.
You could probably even call them.

If you are going to need it welded in there anyway, why not just visit a Midas or something and have them get what they need to fix your truck?
You are correct, the one your 7.5 had was a 2 intake pipe one with a big flange and one outlet.

So I took the time to research to see if my truck was california emissions but it seems that its not. I looked under the hood and found a sticker that said EPA compliant. also, I was only able to find 1 hose that came to the catalytic converter instead of 2 because its maybe not california emissions? I've got a registration deadline coming up here so im looking for all the help i can get. I did find a universal Walker catalytic converter online that says that its compatible up to a 7.5L engine. However, this does not have the air injection port. do i need to have the port on the cat to pass smog here in las vegas? its been a pain in the but trying to find parts and solutions that work with this truck. any help would be greatly appreciated.
