pistons

how much clearance should there be between the piston and cylinder wall. with teh current old setup i am getting around .023. that is way to much. right.

If there was an extra zero after the decimal you would be much better off. That is way too loose.

i thought the service limit was .003 these are .023 looks like i need some new pistons.

Might wanna check your bore size.

the bore size is 4.110 in 7 cylinders there is one that is .0015 undersize
