Project is done!

Finally wrapped up the truck build. Here are a few shots of the finished product. I never thought this day would come to be honest. Many many thanks to my wife who by the way is my best friend who helped me all the way from wet sanding to installing the interior right there by my side! I could not and would not have wanted to do it without her! I also want to thank all my friends and family that help me on the occasional weekend and weekday evenings taking the bed off and on many many times. Always promising “really this is the last time”. Lol!

Wow awesome awesome awesome, what a beauty for sure. And the engine compartment looks just as sharp as the rest of the truck. Gorgeous interior and good on the wife for being there along side and coming along on your long road trip to get more parts. Nice to see the xfer case shifter boot and chrome installed properly.

4 years 6 month since I started the tear down of it. 22 years 8 month since I started collecting parts for the restoration. It is bitter sweet to finally be there! For all of us that dream of this day hold on tight to it and keep pushing forward. If I can do it anyone can!

Wow, just wow!

I had a 75 F100 in that same yellow with those same side mirrors in my HS/early college days. Sure wish I had kept it.

Congratulations and enjoy.

Beautiful!!!
I love the color.
What's the name of the paint color?
Is it yellow or more of a tan?

Durango Tan Paint, Ford #3565-A with
Wimbledon White Paint, Ford #1619-A

Original colors. The seats are also period correct colors, grain and weave material. The upholstery shop had a NOS roll for the insert from 1975 they bought and found enough NOS yards of the outer color, grain to do the rest of the job. All NOS Ford colors and grain pattern.
