What did you do to your 2023 Superduty today?

I agree - looks really good! That valance trimming makes a huge difference. I plan on doing that to mine too once I get my lift installed and all of my tools out of storage... ready to be back in a house and out of the townhome. Need some space to stretch out a-little.

used blue painters tape to get the line straight. Surprised how it turned out since just before i started I knew I had a 50/50 chance I would **** it up lol.
the truck only has a 2” level with 37s and with the valance it gives some better clearance up front while also making it look more higher & aggressive. Win-win.
Till I get bored I’ll be leaving it just like this.

First thing I did was put the 2wd valance on. Makes a huge difference in appearance and no loss in mpgs. Had ford points to use and didn't have a tool to make it look good if I cut it.

Well, this was about a month ago, but we did dual battery install and swapped in a 250amp alternator. The hardest part if this upgrade is replacing the "octopus" coolant hose for the new degas bottle.
I decided to get two new AGM's replacing the one OEM flooded cell. Also, went into to the BCM with Forscan and switch battery type to AGM.

Moving up to the present (this past Friday), I swapped the "bare bones" front passenger seat for a 2021 F150 10-way power seat. I did swap on my OEM seat cushion as there was a slight variation on the material on front bottom leading edge of the seat of the F150 seat. This a plug and play upgrade as long as you are not trying to install a memory module. 12VDC (pin 21) and ground (pin 16) are already present at the (C311) connector

8-Way Driver Seat to 10-Way
Finished my 10-way power front seats upgrade yesterday. I made the OEM 8-way driver seat 10-way by adding. The cushions, cloth upholstery, power lumbar, and side airbag are all from the original seat.
The seat base was completely swapped out, so I didn't have to change out the wiring harness. The backrest frame was also changed to the motorized reclining version adding my power lumbar.
All conversion parts are from a donor 2021 F150 XLT.
I added 4-way headrests in an earlier swap.

Constant 12V Upfitter Switch Harness
I added the Limitless Autoworks Constant 12V Upfitter Switch Harness. This harness is specifically for the '23+ SD's and is a much easier install than the '22 and earlier trucks. It's as easy as taking down the overhead console and snapping in the new harness between the exist sting harness and switch assembly. The '22 and before requires the A-pillar trim piece to be removed and plugged in near the base of the A-pillar.
Once installed, and if your No. 5 & 6 switch are set to constant in the relay box, Nos. 1-4 will now be constant also with ignition off.
I have included the instruction sheet to show the simplicity of installation. A bit pricey at $125 but easily expands the versatility of the switches.
