I got the one from Ford that said my order was received, but thats it.....

From what the Ford chat said to me, I am not the only one...

Same here. Ordered on 12/22 and received the confirmation of the order and nothing since. We are supposed to get 45 day correspondence.....

 

As long as you got a confirmation email after placing the order, you're order and email are in the system. As long as you can call the hotline and confirm your order is still in the system then it's all good. This is the first year they have started the every 45 day emails, and as hard as it is, I wouldn't worry about it if you aren't getting them, but I would call and check often... LOL!

 

I don't have a 23 on order and I get emails every month!
Doggone money grubbing Ford, they want me to make a payment to them EVERY MONTH!!!
SHEESH!!!
I hoped after driving my truck off the lot I'd never have to hear from them again...



Just call your dealer salesman and have him check your order status on their weekly reports.

 

I ordered 10/28 and have received nothing from Ford, but they do say they have my order in the system when I give them my sales and order number. I recieved way better coorespondence on my last order. I've asked my dealer atleast 3 times to make sure my email is in the system and they confirmed it is.

 

Ordered 10/28 and have received nothing since the 45 courtesy email. Doesn’t really bother me since pre-owned prices are dropping and I might be picking up a 2020 tremor this weekend.

 

Ordered 9 Nov and have received the initial order confirmation email as well as one 45 day reach around email. Nothing since but the next 45 email should come sometime mid Feb.

I will say that Ford has sent two more emails than I expected. I went into ordering this truck expecting no communication whatsoever besides my salesman calling to collect payment when the truck arrives.

 

Yes I was wondering if I will in fact get zero email or notice until the dealer calls me to tell me to come pick it up and bring my checkbook.

I was sort of hoping to get some comms from Ford, but I did verify thru Ford AND thru the dealer that my order is in the system and "clean", so it is what it is

 

Ordered Nov 30. Got email same day, and then the 45-day one mid-Jan. Next one should be at the end of Feb if I don't get scheduled by then.

 

I ordered 10/28 and have never received anything. I confirmed my email address with the dealer and via chat but never even got confirmation. Both Ford chat and my dealer confirmed order was in and clean and have now sent me VIN and said build week of Feb 6. I assume they just have my email wrong even though both say it is correct. They also both told me don't worry about it, that system is very iffy, so I'm not.

 

I ordered in October for a '23 King Ranch, which is build 2. When I ordered my 2022, I never heard a peep from Ford, although I called customer service, and confirmed that my order was there. Of course, they blamed the dealer for incorrectly entering my email.

During my 2023 order, I begged the dealer to get my email right, and I am getting exactly the same silence from Ford. No order confirmation, lots of promotional emails, I have verified with Ford CSC once again that my correct email is in their system, my order is in, just no hint of communication. For my '22, I never got a scheduled, built, or shipped notification, I just kept calling Ford and figured out where I was in the process. The incompetence is amazing.

 

Ordered my 23 KR the day the banks opened, got a confirmation email, nothing since, I believe this is because my build will be a job 2. Not worried at all.

 

I received the 45 day email, even though my truck was built (now in production) as of 1/23. Very confusing system Ford has going.

11-1 -- Confirmation email from Ford
12-15 -- 45 day email
1-12 -- Email saying that my truck is scheduled to enter production week of Feb. 20. This email also says that I won't hear from them again, until they give me a tentative delivery date to the dealer.

 

My buddy has been getting the run around for a while. Today the system must have gone haywire, as he received another initial "your order has been recieved" even though he ordered back in Feb 2022. It also shows no progress on the timeline, even though we previously received e-mails it had been build, and just yesterday his dealer sent him an ETA of about one week till delivery....something wrong with the system at Ford.....
