dual bags (2 bags per side) sounds like it could have some benefits like softer ride since it can run slightly less psi for same load?
there are lots of things that might make sense on a personal truck bs a military vehicle and airbags might be one of those things
im not an expert just saying unless you really know the true answers you example of a military truck doesn’t really make sense.

Curious if there are really any performance benefits to using the dual airbags on each side or if ReadyLift is trying to increase consumption of their existing lower rated airbags by doubling up for heavier applications. The half ton setup on their site only uses 1 bag on each side, so makes me wonder.

My 1st thought is if you need dual airbags on each side, You have the wrong truck to begin with.
2nd, perhaps some old school, I could be wrong. But I was always told never to reuse axle u-bolts.
3rd, these bags actually limit your wheel travel upward.
Now whether axle ubolts are torque yield or not, I don't know..... Don't know if I would be comfortable with it

and I wouldn’t want to write it off ignorantly so I’m looking forward to the dialogue here since I might be putting a set of airbags on my truck soon to help level heavier loads

The shop installed them yesterday along with the Air Lift Wireless Compressor. This morning I hooked up to the horse trailer loaded 5 horses and took them to the arena. Previously on my 2015 F-350 with just the Firestone AirBags I usually ran 90 psi to get my truck to level out. The new setup I was only running 55 psi and it was level. First impressions were the ride seemed like it was a lot smoother, and not to mention the Wireless Compressor is awesome. Here are some pictures of everything installed

. I'll provide for updates as use it.
