Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Not too bad of a day today.
Going to be a busy few days starting in the morning.
Going to be a busy few days starting in the morning.
- Heading out at zero dark 30 in the morning for some salmon fishing - Siletz River
- Friday will be de-winterizing the camper, spring cleanup and detailing and getting it ready to go.
- Saturday will be the VA in PDX for a CT scan and some more agent orange screening.
- Sunday we are off for the Deschutes River and 3 nights at the La Pine State Park. Then we are supposed to come home sometime next week and continue with another round of moving our stuff out of the old farm and ranch.

Chris, I was on the computer before I left the house. Usually post after I have checked everything at work.
Brett, let me know when you want to swing by and see the truck. Need to finish the house in the next few weeks if weather will be nice and then start working on it.

Morning all. Putting out work fires since yesterday and some are still smoldering. Lot's to do this weekend including mowing and doing the RV shuffle before noon tomorrow before our friends arrive for the summer. Managed to spray weeds last night so now I can finish the rest of the boat clean up. Will be in Bend next week for a conference. We are motel-ing it since we have doggsitters. Not enough RV places close to bend anyway.
hammer down.

Hey folks,
Relatively new to the forum. Out in the wheat in North Central with my 95 F-250 460 and my 86 F-350 6.9 IDI.
Doing lots of fun things with these trucks I've never done before. Had to weld a nut to get a bed bolt off the 95 today. Pulling the bed to do rear fuel tank work. That truck needs a new steering gear. 86 got a steering gear last week. Front brakes on both coming soon. Etc.
Rapidly changing from too cold to want to work on vehicles to too hot to want to work on vehicles.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Beautiful day weather wise on the Coast and the Siletz River.
We gave it the all-out effort, but I guess you can't catch a Salmon when no Salmon are around. Spent nearly 6 hours on the water. Only painted a half dozen
We had a couple of first-time salmon fishermen with us that we were teaching the fine art too so it was a disappointment we couldn't get a hook up. Gary F. was the original Chief of Police for King City Ore Police Dept. back in the mid 80's when their PD was founded. "Elvis" is a young man that came to live with and work for them on their 200 acre place up out of Lyons. Gary is quite elderly and disabled.
Everyone had a grand time none the less.
