Morning World. Actually got some sleep last night in BED ! Slept past my scheduled time for taking my cough med by 45 minutes. Then back to sleep till 7:30 ! Sure coughed up lots of crap when I did get up. Guess that means it's getting better ? Guess the Mucinex is working. FINALLY ! Got note from my Doc - no opening for her but can schedule for another. Said I'd wait till last week of the month as I have a scheduled appt with her then.
Looks like another nice day...just a little cooler. High 40's most of the day but might get into low 50's.

Morning World ! Looks like another unremarkable day here with a high around 50°. About the same for tomorrow. Friday will be another story...rain most of the day and evening.
Looks like a wet canasta drive over to the friend's place. We usually get there (or they here, we alternate) around 6:30 and start play soon after. We play until there's a winner with over 20,000 points. Normally takes until about 9 - 9:30 or so. Then treats and conversation. We started doing this when they lived next door about 1978 or so. Usually home around midnight. We used to, when they lived next door, put money in a pot and when it got high enough, we'd pick a restaurant we couldn't normally afford and have a great evening. My daughter would baby sit for their two daughters that night. Yeah, they ARE special friends.

Morning World. Ken, the canasta game is TOMORROW night. The post above says that. Slow down. Now if you were speaking of LAST month, we (the guys) whupped 'em !

Me thinks I have a demon controlling this dang cough I have. Every time I think I have it beat, it returns 12 hours (or so) later worse than it was before ! Yesterday I got one of those Vicks Steam machines. Boy, that think cleared me out really good. No feeling bad, coughing up crap (after I cleared stuff after using the steamer) or anything. Until bedtime when I started coughing uncontrollably. Ended up trying to sleep in the Easy Boy to help Penny get some rest. I did sleep some but coughed a lot. Was up a 3 or so times.... just a crummy night. Now I am vertical again the cough is subsiding again. Thinking of trying that ivermectin I have if all else fails....and it looks like it has. Will use internet to check on it's use in my case first. Have I got a virus or is this something else? Will keep ya posted.
