Help identify wiring f150 2014

Just bought a used 2014 f150 and noticed that someone has cut/attempt to fix a blue wire (with yellow butt connector) coming from main wire harness connector under hood, near master cylinder. I don’t want to reconnect it incase something blows up…lol

That blue wire is the analog BRAKE signal wire from the TBC module to the rear 7-pin trailer connector (for trailer electric brakes).

Nothing is likely to blow up if restored.
