I stalled sending in my order when dealer told me 6 weeks as did not want the 250 HO to arrive before my RaptorR.
I do know when a dealer has a Allocation NOW for what I ordered it will not take long like my R is doing. Ordered it July 18th within 30 min of order bank opening and finally got a VIN March 9th was supposed to be built this week but a issue with faulty timing cover machining for crank seal stopped all R production. Now scheduled for build week of May 18th so hoping the HO 250 is a few weeks behind. LOL
I think if I had pulled trigger that day it may have been possible. My R is now a priority 1 (has been since Feb 1st) but the 250 HO is priority 19 even tho different truck line.
I do think it will be a very quick order though just not before the R.
Order on the 250 HO was 4/11/23 so will post when I get a VIN and build date.

You ordered a day after I did. My dealer had no issue or hesitation to let me use Z plan. I was actually quite surprised by how much the discount actually was. They even sent me the order summary showing what Z plan would be about 2500 less than x plan

So this is almost exactly what I am getting too.
Order entered Oct 2022 for F450 basic Lariat regular 6.7
Received an order confirmation email and ONE "45 day check in" email.
Ford customer service keeps telling me "unscheduled clean".. They can't tell me why I do not receive emails. Tell me to ask dealer for any details they should have answers for me.
Dealer says only received a few XL trim truck so far. They said they should have 1,000 trucks allocated.
I see 2023's in the wild. I saw a lot at the Port of Houston with hundreds. I see people getting theirs delivered on YouTube and here. Job 2 production has started. One guy here ordered a DRW in Feb and got it in March.
It's been five months and a few weeks Ive waited so far, which is the new stupid now I guess. Seems like a million years ago that you could drive to any of these so called "new car dealers" and they would have a few hundred "new cars" on their lot ready to test drive and buy. Any color. Any set up. Anyday. Yet here I just drove about 700 miles in the last two weeks and every single Ford dealer I passed in my state did not have a single 2023 sitting outside and we're in the second quarter of 2023.

So here’s been my experience up to delivery. Ordered 10/27/22, F350 Lariat, CCSB, 6.7 SO, simply asked my dealer for priority code 10 which they gave me, received order confirmation email, first promise email, second promise email, followed shortly by a “scheduled for production” email. The truck seemed to go from scheduled for production (3/20) to delivered (4/14) pretty quick. Took another week and a half for the truck to go from Kentucky to California once I got the “shipped” status. I feel bad for you guys who are having a bunch of headaches in this process as mine seemed to go really smoothly. A couple nice things about this process, in all time Ford has had making us wait they made standard in the Lariat, LED headlights and heated rear seats. I put a couple pictures of the interior I took.

Brought mine home yesterday, "what a long strange trip it's been"
Ive been driving solid axle trucks and jeeps my whole life and this one by far is the smoothest ride I've ever had. equipped with Snow plow/5th wheel prep.
They even incorporate multiple beer holders throughout the vehicle.

So, ever since I got stood up on Valentines Day, saying my build changed from Feb 15th to week of Apr 24, I’ve, of course, been tracking quite regularly!
On Mar 31, got “build week” of Apr 12
“In production” Apr 13
And this morning “built” Apr 14!
And that’s with all the items that “may” slow things down, spray-in bedliner, wheel well liners, and mud-flaps.
