This is turning into one of them well since I'm already here might as well do this projects. 😂 Noticed the hydroboost leaking a little bit on the inside it was wet all around the shaft. Already doing axle swap and was planning on swapping master cylinder to the 08 since it's a little bigger. Then noticed hydroboost leaking and was like I got a complete 08 one so might as well swap the whole thing in. And well here is where we ended up today. Ordered some more parts. Who can guess what happening now in this Pic.

Past day or so been cleaning up wiring. I added power doors (windows locks and mirrors) to my truck couple years back and I made a harness that goes from door to door connecting everything and then just some power and grounds to work it all. It was just ran through the stock dash since dash was installed when I did it. We'll since I have dash out I had time to clean it all up and run it like factory across the firewall behind tbe dash. Also added in a 12 slot auxiliary fuse panel all keyed power that will be behind the gloves box with easy access. Going to hook everything I have added on to the truck to it to keep it all nice and neat. Also test fit the dash to make sure everything clear and no interferences anywhere.
Pressure sensor installed in intake spider for the factory boost gauge in 11+ cluster and ran a wire to the temp sensor I installed on the Zf6 trans.

Pulled factory harness out of my 99 dash and pulled off all the tape on it to wire all the new stuff in and reroute some stuff where it needs to go. Got some new tea felt interior loom tape to go back on it. It's real nice stuff if you ain't ever used it.
Factory 99 dash pulled out of truck.
Factory 9o dash harness pulled out and all the tape removed
Newer 08+ inertia switch plugs right in and started retaping up the "easy" side of the dash where not much happens.
And here is where all the fun happens. 😂

Hardest part of the swap for our years trucks is pitman arm situation. Not a problem for me since im swapping in a coil spring axle. But our factory tie rod ends are a smaller taper and you have to use a 05+ pitman arm due to bigger shaft on gearbox. Sky's offroad makes a tapered sleeve where you can drill out a 05 pitman arm and insert and weld the sleeve into the pitman arm to get correct taper needed for a 99-04 drank link rod end.
