2022 Take Off Parts Values
When my 22 lariat sport carbonized grey is finally delivered, I am going to sell some of the factory take off parts:
I've never had to advertise or do marketing at all for my company and I'm not on social media at all except for forums, what would be the best place to try to sell the parts for the best value and/or locally without having to ship them.
I would need to remove the factory sensors to retain all the factory capabilities but what would be the approximate market values of the above take off parts. I don't work in the auto industry at all.

The FTE Forum has an FTE Marketplace where you can not only list your individual parts for sale, you can also get an idea of what other members are selling the same types of parts for.
New and Used Ford F-350 Super Duty Parts For Sale
Also, the 2017 Up Super Duty Forum has a sticky thread on the first page of the forum, always at the top of the list of threads, where you can announce your parts for sale after you list them in the FTE Marketplace.

Additionally, after you list your parts for sale on FTE Marketplace, you may modify your forum signature to include a link to your FTE Marketplace ad, so that every post you make on the forums, in any thread, about any topic, will also include your link to your parts for sale as listed on FTE Marketplace. This is permitted by the FTE Site Guidelines , quoted below for your convenience:

To avoid shipping expenses, and potential damage from shipping and the resulting questions of who pays (was it damaged in transit? was it damaged by the buyer after arrival? was it already damaged by seller prior to shipment? is insurance adequate to cover damage?) etc...
... Craigslist and Offer Up have been used with success from both a buyer's and a seller's point of view. The part can be inspected prior to purchase, the purchase can be paid for in person and in cash, and the buyer picks up the part at the point of transaction, which eliminates the expense and risk of shipping.
I purchased Lariat Sport running boards using Craigslist, and mounted them on a chassis cab that was not ordered with OEM running boards. Worked out great.
Yet a fourth resource available through the FTE forum to advertise your parts for sale is via the local chapter forums, such as the Alabama Chapter .
There is a sticky at the top of FTE's Alabama Chapter forum for placing personal ads for the parts you have for sale.
Alabama Chapter Buy/Sell/Trade Ads
Utilizing this resource, you may find FTE members who live close enough to you, with a keen interest in Ford trucks, along with access to your past posts as an FTE member to gain a sense of trust, which will bring all the benefits of local inspection, pickup, and cash payment of a face to face transaction, while still within an online community that for some could offer a greater comfort level than dealing with random persons on Craigslist.
