RKI, or weatherguard are the best and cost the most....for many they are lifetime boxes and likely overkill.

'thefuelbox' is what I bought, sprayed in/out with their liner, at the time, they used the thickest aluminum around and better latches. The seal is a "c" with automotive weather strip so no water or dust can enter. It is a great box.

for longevity
this is my highway products in bed box i have since 2006, its been in several different vehicles and a few trailers.
its a bit big for the short box 250 so it sits up a few inches above the rails, which lets me put in long boards and stuff all the way to the front.

its a tough mother, i have the companion box for the rear but its playing rifle safe somewhere else right now
i fabbed up bracket from stainless to hold the front sides on the bed rails, and used a 4x4 steel tube across the front of bed attached to the bolt holes for the front tie downs

The only thing that turns me off a little on weather guard is how hard you have to slam the lid we have them on our work truck and you really got to shut them that’s the only reason I mentioned cam locker it’s a soft close and the handle pulls it snug….I’ve just never heard of them until recently
