I started the day troubleshooting my speedometer and discovered that it works. I had transmission work done a few months back, including the transmission to transfer case gasket (or seal). That must be when it started working. I rarely drive the truck on the road, since it isn't registered.
I reinstalled the driver's side body mount access plate, reinstalled the floor mounted high beam switch and cleaned the connection at the oil pressure sending unit.
I need a new oil pressure sending unit, a new power steering sensor and light bulbs for the back up lights and tag light. Almost road legal. I also installed a new EVR solenoid yesterday, so now my EGR valve works properly.

Paid $12,000 for the truck and several thousands after the fact to get my truck as close to perfect and I wanted to. Several repairs fuel tank and related items are finally fixed. Put in the heavy duty headlight relay Put in new headlights and bulbs Complete major tuneup New injectors Radiator flush times two Red steering box New steering column
New Ford and F250 decals New gauges by autometer and I’m sure I’m forgetting a few
Two trips to NC and back towing a car with no issues
but I can now say the truck is running great and pretty much done with repairs and fixing things for the time being

I'm trying to figure out the third brake light on my 1991 F250. Apparently the brake light assembly itself keeps dangling after I drive the truck a certain amount of miles. I have tried M10 screws that fit through the brake light assembly, but the screw doesn't stay in the holes.

my apologies I did didn’t make it clear. The light I’m referring to is in the back of the cab on the outside of the truck bed and above the rear window were a normal third brake light of truck’s are located. My light is all white I don’t think it lights up red when I hit the brakes. I don’t think the 92 F250 had that option in that year so that was my question

ok, that makes sense. Been thinking of adding a third brake light and I think the easiest way to do it is to do it between the tailgate and the bumper if there’s room like the on my 99 F350 that I once owned

Getting ready for state inspection
I put an idle air control valve on, a power steering sensor, an oil pressure switch, a back up light bulb, a license plate bulb, a gas tank strap bolt and adjusted the spring clip in the head light switch ****, so it stays on the stem. I think all that's left is one back up light bulb and a new windshield.
