Radiator sprung a leak from the bottom plastic end cap, ordered a new all aluminum radiator for it, will be installed once the engine goes back in.

Not a bad price, quality should be up there like the one I ordered a couple of years back for one of our work trucks, but we'll see when it gets here.

Once all the work is done it might be going on the market so keep an eye out in the future in the classifieds.

Dang that's a great price! That's for the actual radiator, not just the NFT pic right?

I remember someone got scammed like that IIRC here in the forums.
But this is a legit all aluminum rad for that price, the one I bought for one of our work trucks was around the same price, maybe the same seller, I'll dig up the receipt to see if it's the same seller.

Radiator arrived quickly, faster than I expected, quality looks good, we'll see once it's installed.

Found my old phone with some videos of Mierda blanca's blow by.

First video is right after I started it up for the first time.

Second video is after replacing known bad injectors, swimming them and most important new oil.

i figure a combination of hung up injector/s and really bad oil cause the pressure in the blow by on the first video. After a few runs blow by still looks like the second video and thats way too much for my liking, rebuild soon.
Time is not on my side can't get a break from working on the truck. Lol.

But flip projects are funding for alot of my other home stuff

Just a quick peak on the next project
1991 C1500 2wd 350 auto

Old engine out (orange with MT VC) and new one in what should of been in there originally
Already have all new lighting, and miscellaneous parts, out to body shop soon as well cleaned interior too no need for new carpet or seats. New AC everything, condensor, evap, compressor etc. New head lights, tail lights, led dash cluster lights, new door handles with locks, new radio bezel, new dash cap (will try and find a good used dash, cover does make it look pretty) and lots more lol

Ya ok so you're breathing life into a soulless Chebby. We are what we make, so kudos for the effort.

But enquiring minds want to know! So far so good with the nifty-far-beyond-the-price radiator? Fit and finish?

Adam, I was just looking at one of those carpet cleaning brushes while we were out west in ID last month. I didn't make a purchase on it though as I was unsure about the results and I forgot about it until yesterday when I was detailing one of our vehicles.

For reference sake, I am referring to the brush attached to the DeWalt drill in the image below.

You are using it, so it appears you like it? If afforded the opportunity to do it over again, would you make the same purchase or perhaps go another route?

Oh thats right almost forgot.
Yes I had to install it fit wasn't good, the welds warped the radiator some and it was hard to straightenit out, the ears to hold the fan shroud on the bottom were MIA, so I had to improvise bale wire to hold it tight, th ears that go 8nto the rubber grommets are a little to thick but with some oil they slid right in.

over all you get what you pay for, if I were to rate it I would rate it 3.5 stars out of 5.
I'll take soem pictures when I get a chance.

I would recommend it it's a great buy.
It works great, it brings out all the dirt, hair, and stains out of the carpet. IIRC I only paid $10 and it comes with 3 different brushes and they all have a different shape. As you can see from the pictures the carpet was red, the whole time before cleaning I thought the carpet was marron, that's how filthy it was, lots of coffee stains, dog hair, and cigarette ash, the driver side was the worst, but one that should be given credit it's the vacuum attached detailing sprayer, that thing did most of the work, and works great.

Can I help with product improvement? It needs a hose clamp to firmly secure the “adapter blade” to the unit. 😏

You’re doing awesome work Adam!

Not much of an update on engine removal, still using the truck. Last Friday one of my injectors decided to take a dump so injectors are going to need attention ASAP so BDP is getting my business hopefully by Monday or Tuesday.

On a lighter note, got the Chevy back from the paint shop and got most of the work done, she's getting close to ready to hit the sale block.
