Does anyone have experience with bullet liner? What are your thought about them vs linex or rhino liner looking to get my truck sprayed the factory liner is a joke

I have a bullet liner on my 2017. Has been just as good as the Line-x I had on my previous truck. Mine is under a tonneau though, so I can't speak for the UV resistance.

I had bullet liner put in my 2020 F450 in November before picking it up. It is durable so far, but I keep a tonneau on my truck, and it is only about 6 months old.

Since your screen name is buckeye, FYI mine was done at Bullet Upfitters in Plain City OH (bought my truck at Chapman in Marysville) and they did an outstanding job on the install/application.

I went with Bullet this time on my 2020 F450. Had line x before. My only complaint is that it seems to be a bit more abrasive. If you kneel on it in shorts you’ll feel it. But so far it’s just a durable. And it’s holding its gloss.

Do you like it better? What was the price difference?

I don't have experience with Bullet Liner, never even heard of it. I have my bumpers and running boards Line-X'd with their premium stuff. Very happy with it. I was worried that the coating wouldn't hold up as well on the running board from the constant traffic and boots rubbing against them as you get in and out, but they still look brand new. We will see how it looks 10 years from now. The regular Line-X without the UV protection, grays out really quickly and isn't as "grippy" so I'm not very fond of that. I opted to have the Tough Bed liner from the factory, as I couldn't afford to not have the truck while it gets sprayed. I've only hauled a few things in the bed thus far, bumpers, axles, pallets, etc, but I was expecting it to be a LOT worse from all of the forum posts about it. Made it sound like it was tissue paper that was hardly even laid on the bed floor.

Had bullet liner on my 2017 f150. Weathered nicely. But was rough like another poster said. I hated kneeling in the bed.
