Local parts store did not have it. This is what it looks like. any help would be appreciated. Can’t search Amazon till I know the bulb number.

 

Its #561, I think its called festoon style, Advance Auto was only place I found mine.

Bought some LED replacements and a clear lens on ebay. Much nicer light and not 7000 degrees when you want to take it out.

 

yeah looking for same took out at some point cause so bright and its HOT, had it had had it now its gone. Do a search. Napa pops up but when enter veh info says not for you. Same at AA. Has the wire loops both ends. Bulbs will show up for the side lights on dome but not big long center bulb.
Need light now my old dog can't see to jump in bangs into side of seat.

parts stores are wrong on this one also, they think 912 is what you need!

Bought 561 at advance in stock it fits doesn't seem as bright as i remember

appreciate it. I ordered the LED Bulbs off Amazon. Should have them tomorrow. If it’s not bright enough with the stock cover, I’ll order the clear.

 

Just got my LMC truck catalogue and found the clear lens is only $7. Part # 47-4291 in case anyone is looking for a cheaper option.
