I really like my digitized PDF of the Ford Factory manual from Forel. It's keyword searchable, I can browse it on my phone, make prints, click to a section from the table of contents, etc. I think I paid $25.00 and you can put it on up to 3 devices if I recall correctly.
I bought the manual. I can't seem to find information on replacing track bar bushings. If you have time, if it's not too much trouble, would you mind doing a search and seeing if you can find it?

Can you post a few pics of your rear axle and suspension? Is this a 4x4 rig?
I can't identify exactly what type of axle you have, but this part is described as "connecting rod" or "spindle connecting rod" in Volume 1-Chassis, Group 15 - Driving Axles and Driveshafts. If you can clean up the diff housing and get a tag number off of it, that will help you ID the bushings. If you don't have a tag, get some measurements, like axle tube sizes, etc. and someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in. More photos of the front axle will help. It looks like the bushings could be separated with a ball joint fork once you remove the castle nuts and cotter pins. Once you have the bushing itself in hand, measure that and you should be able to find a replacement.
