My dealer text me today saying eta week of oct 31 as well. I dont think they know anything at all other then what shows up on the their little screen.

 

At least your dealer is communicating with you. Mine is a ghost. I guess they are really busy selling all of those cars and trucks, and yes they have no idea what is going on either. But they can always talk to their regional rep for answers.

 

Just found out that they are in fact building and shipping out dealer orders too. Not ones that are pre ordered from customers but stock orders. I called a dealer yesterday about a truck that they have coming for a stock order and they didn’t know when it was going to arrive. Today I took all their info and went on the Mach e tracker and it shows built, shipped, released and arriving to the dealer in 22 days. So I have no idea what the heck Ford is doing with their priority’s but certainly leaving us in the dark!

 

When I spoke to the dealership last night, they confirmed that my truck has shipped and due to arrive between 6/6 and 6/12.
I'm not sure what they are looking at to see that, but this is very concerning.
I'm getting an uneasy feeling that I should have kept my 11 and just ran it till the wheels fell off. I wanted a shiny new full, full of gadgets new truck, but my old dependable was still a workhorse. Now I may be paying the price for wanting all those new gadgets....
The trackers still show my truck built and shipped...but with a 10/31 arrival date.
They need to add a bullet to reflect "holding pattern" between shipped and arrived if they are going to store it somewhere in limbo.

 

I just spoke with a sales rep at the local dealership. She said they are not expecting any 250's or 350's until the fall.

 

My tracker changed to 10/31. If the message from 4wheelsandahitch is accurate for all dealerships that is seriously discouraging...

 

After my ETA changed from 6/11 to 10/31 this morning I contacted the sales manager at the dealer. He called his rep and got some info. He tells me that every truck on order through his dealership custom order or stock was changed to 10/31, says it is a glitch in the system. He told me that trucks that are 100% being sent to him all have a 10/31 ETA date as well. Still thinks that my truck will be here the beginning half of June. His visibility report shows that my truck is built and headed back to the plant for the chip. We will see soon I guess, ill keep yall updated.

 

If mine is going to get pushed, I wish they would tell me ASAP so I can source an alternative. My ETA still says 6/8 and I passed on a truck this week that was very, very close to what I ordered. It would have done the job, but it disappeared in a day or two. So if I knew I wasn't getting this one, I could jump on the next one I find.

 

one can only hope. I wish my dealer and sales rep actually gave a damn and researched the issue!

 

Mine is due in on the 8th also. 12 days away. I just can't see that happening if it is not shipped today or tomorrow.

Makes me wonder if it is their strategy to string us along to keep us from buying from the competition.

 

Update from my dealer.....look for it late October early November.

Order confirmed 2/19. In Production 4/21. Shipped to KY Speedway 5/1: My sales guy called today. Told me to expect my truck in Oct/Nov. He said that the 2022’s aren’t expected until Oct/Nov of NEXT YEAR.

We actually asked to have our 2021 deposit rolled to a 2022. We just started the process of buying/selling a house. My credit will be locked up for a few months, so the June timeline didn’t work for me anyway. Luckily, he didn’t cancel my order... no offense to ya’ll, but I’m actually hoping it doesn’t arrive until October!

 

Does your tracking show 10/31 or does just the dealer see that date? My tracking still says 6/8.

 

tracking shows 10/31. I stopped checking last week when we pulled the trigger on this house. So I don’t know when it changed (it was showing 6/20 when I checked last week). Probably the same time as everyone else’s.

 

funny... two weeks ago, ETA was 5/26. Last week it updated to 6/20. This week it updates to 10/31. I wonder what it’s gonna say next week?
