Hello, i have posted here before thought i would show some guys what i picked up the other day.. 1974 chassie wrecker with a 1979 f150 body. 460 4spd. Boom works good. I have so far pulled the motor new gaskets and a bigger came almost ready to fire up

I have been waiting for summit to send the new alternator and electric fan.. i also picked up a floor pan for the driver side as it is bad.. the cam i choosed was a ***** thumper cam. Should be good enough.

 

Trusty old Holmes 440 We had 4 of those back in the day and a 480 and a 475 hydraulic. Which was cutting edge back then all on 4WD Ford highboys.

 

Ya i wish it was 4x4... but for $1,000 im not going to complain to much

 

Very cool build! I ended up with 78 F-350 cab chassis that I'm wanting to turn into a wrecker I just need to find the wrecker bed for her

 

There is another one up here in mn for sale asking 1,000. Dosnt run. Has all the parts for the boom

 

Its alive fired it up tonight!!! Cam brake in went good but the clutch wont release hopfully its the clutch linkage. Cam has a very rough choppy idle. Will post a video soon
