Our flag is just a single and it does have lights on it for night display. Blue Star flag is put away, the flag pole mount fell apart and I haven't fixed it.
Good morning. Mason and I headed out at 5:45am with a friend of mine to go after turkeys. We got to the spot at 5:55 thinking we would be early enough to get the blind set up before they came down from the roost, but no such luck. A few were already down. We got behind some cover and did some calling but couldn’t convince any to come close enough for a bow shot. I then did some Marine Corps style low crawling through the tall grass but couldn’t get close enough. No pot pie tonight.
