Parts truck ????
I decoded a parts truck I have been considering mine is a 64 this is a 66 F350, see the differences below, the only thing I know for sure is good is the glass and some small parts like handles etc. Owner has no idea if the engine or trans work or any of the drivetrain for that matter. The body and interior are both toast. What would the value be of such a thing? If any of the drive train is good is it compatible with my 64.
Mine
Model F350
Engine 292 8 cyl
Trans 4 speed (not identified)
Axle 4.88.1

Parts Truck F350 352 2V - 132" wheelbase - New Process 435 4 speed, non synchro 1st gear. Dana 70 rear axle 5.13-1, 7400 lbs. axle capacity.
352: 1965 F100/250 4WD, 1965/66 F350, 1966 F250 4WD use a different bell housing than 1965/66 F100/250 2WD, 1966 F100 4WD, 1967/76 F100/350 (1968/76 360/390).
The front and rear engine mounting parts are also unique. Might be worth saving these parts.
Save the hood if it isn't bent and/or rusted out, fits 1961/66 F100/700 and is getting hard to find. Save the oil bath air cleaner, same as 1961/64 292, 1965/67 352.
352 engine might be worth saving if you need a boat anchor, because it probably doesn't run.
'Course, how many potential customers for these parts could there be in NB & NS?
I've been to Cape Sable Island, but went there for a family reunion and to gorge myself on lobster, not to look for parts.

In my world this is a $150 dollar truck if it has a title. I would grab handles, *****, glass, hood (if good). Hood hinges if tight, vent windows and any misc. clips and hardware that are hard to find if you need them. Then sell for scrap. If it will cost you $250 just to haul it home it might not be worth it.

Did you check the rims on rear axle to see if they're tubeless? That and the drums are worth saving. I see your truck already has 4.88 gears. Mine has the 5.13, but mine is also a Rockwell axle. I've been watching for a matching rear axle that I could change gears in. Too bad it's so far from me.

IMO, these would be a parts truck only, and only if you were interested in upgrading your older F 350 drivetrain to a newer F 350 drivetrain. If the engine and tranny could be rebuilt, you'll have the front engine collar, which as ND stated, is probably the key part in the conversion. ( The bottom plate of the collar might need to be extended with a little welding work) . Belllhousing , with trans and drive shaft should bolt right in since the F 350 used the same frame and wheelbase from '61-'66. The brake booster should work as well as RangerMerMan stated, since the '66 F 350 cab is very similar to the '64 F350 cab. The 4 way disability switch would be nice too.
